Salvation’s Edge is the newest addition to Destiny 2’s Raids activity, which will be added to the game as a part of The Final Shape DLC, making it the ultimate end-game content players can challenge.

Destiny 2’s Salvation’s Edge Raid will be released on June 7, 2024, at 10 am PST. Here’s the exact release time for every region:

  • US: June 7 at 10 am PT
  • India: June 7 at 10:30 pm IST
  • UK: June 7 at 5 pm BST
  • Australia: June 8 at 3 am AEST

That said, to make sure you are ready to hop into the Raid mode as soon as it opens up, here’s a countdown timer for it:

The Salvation’s Edge Raid will be available in the Contest Mode for the first 48 hours until June 9, 2024. After that, players can access it in Normal Mode and clear it whenever they want.

However, if you want to set a world record as the first Fireteam to clear the Salvation’s Edge Raid, clear it as soon as it goes live during the Contest Mode.

How to unlock Destiny 2 Salvation’s Edge Raid — The Final Shape Raid

To unlock the Salvation’s Edge Raid in Destiny 2, players must meet the following criteria:

  • Finish The Final Shape campaign. 
  • Complete the post-campaign quest, “Wild Card.”

In Destiny 2, you can start the Salvation’s Edge Raid via the map, like any other Raid in the game. So, open The Pale Heart map, select and launch the Salvation’s Edge Raid.

The Power Cap for Destiny 2 Salvation’s Edge Raid during the Contest mode will be 1965, whereas it will be around 1950 for Normal mode. That being said, with The Final Shape DLC, the new Hard Cap is 2000.
