Diablo 4’s class repertoire expands with the addition of Spiritborn, a new agile class that has never been seen before in a Diablo game. What’s unique about Spiritborn is that it possesses the agility of Rogue and Monk while having the elemental efficiency of something like the Sorcerer and Druid.
The Spiritborn calls upon these Spirit guardians to assist in battle, with each Spirit favoring different playstyles. If you’re excited to try this new class in Diablo 4, you’re in the right place.
This ONE Esports guide reveals the release date for the Diablo 4 Spiritborn class.

Diablo 4 Spiritborn countdown to release
The Spiritborn class in Diablo 4 will be released on October 8, 2024. It will be part of the upcoming Vessel of Hatred expansion, which will take you to the lush forests of the Nahantu in search of Neyrelle and the Prime Evil Mephisto.
The Spiritborn is native to Nahantu, so the idea of exploring this uncharted region with this new class sure seems exciting. Sadly, you won’t be able to do that without purchasing the Vessel of Hatred expansion.
Since the new expansion and the Spiritborn class are directly connected, it’s at least reasonable to expect a dive deep into its background and some intriguing lore revelations throughout the Vessel of Hatred’s story.
Once the Vessel of Hatred expansion goes live, you will be able to make a new character and start playing Diablo 4 with the Spiritborn class.
In case you didn’t know, the standard edition of the Vessel of Hatred expansion costs $40, whereas the deluxe edition costs a whopping $60. There’s also the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred expansion bundle that costs $70 and the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred expansion ultimate bundle that costs $90.
