Diablo 4 Tenets of Akarat puzzles and how to solve them

All the thirty Tenets of Akarat around Nahantu are locked behind one of the four puzzles:

Activating three Stone Guardian statues before their light dims
Activating Stone Guardian statute and defeating Shade of Hatred enemies
Defeating nearby enemies to generate light orbs that activate the Stone Guardian Statues makes the Ichor of Mephisto vulnerable, allowing you to destroy it and activate the Tenet of Akarat
Matching the Stone Guardian statue in the background and only activating the glowing ones
