With only a couple of weeks away from BlizzCon, the internet is full of speculation over what Blizzard will be revealing at its annual fan convention.
One promising leak comes from a German game magazine called Gamestar, which ran an ad for a Diablo artbook. Seemingly harmless, the ad revealed that you could preorder the artbook by November of this year.
However, the text accompanying the ad mentions a game that doesn’t actually exist…yet.
“With over 500 Artworks from Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo III, and Diablo IV, this book shows plenty of stunning artworks, which are made for the iconic Action-Roleplay Games of Blizzard Entertainment, that gave generations of fans nightmares” reads the ad (courtesy of Google Translate).
Although it could just be a typo, a new Art of Diablo book coming out at the same time as a new entry in the Diablo series makes a lot of sense. While it’s not enough evidence to guarantee a game reveal, it’s certainly a promising tease.

The Diablo series is also overdue for a new installment with the last entry, Diablo III, releasing way back in 2012.
Additionally, after the lackluster reception to Diablo Immortals at least year’s BlizzCon, Diablo IV may be just the thing Blizzard needs to get fans back on its side.
BlizzCon 2019 will happen on November 2-3 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA.
