Elden Ring patch 1.12 changes
New quality-of-life changes
First up, we’re getting new menu options to make life easier (?) in the Lands Between.
Patch 1.12 adds more ways to customize your gameplay experience with the summoning pool. On top of new map options for Steam users, you can now enable/disable Individual Summoning Pools from the new “Map Functions Menu”.
Additionally, using a Small Golden Effigy in Moghwyn’s Palace now offers a “Nearby Only” option so that you only get called inside the palace; a notable change to help players defeat Mohg and access the new DLC.
We’re also getting a variety of cool “QoL” changes, including:
- A “!” icon on new items in the inventory.
- A “Recent Items” tab.
- New display setting.
- A “Summon Spectral Steed” option for the Elden Beast boss fight.
- Crafted consumables used in PvP will now be replenished afterwards.
