Evo 2020 still on track to push through with late July schedule

Honkai Star Rail 3.3 banners are giving us even more Amphoreus characters.

Two new playable characters from the Amphoreus region, Hyacine and Cipher, are here to entertain with their unique and captivating history.

Entitled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” this crucial phase of the Flame-Chase Journey sees Trailblazers uniting with the Chrysos Heirs in the final battle — confronting the Sky Titan.

Having reached the Vortex of Genesis at the conclusion of Version 3.2, Madam Herta’s data spirit entity sets the stage for the Geniuses’ deepening investigation, where the origins of Amphoreus’s tragedy will be revealed, and its destiny will become entwined with the fate of the galaxy, leaving future developments for players to uncover.

Phase 1

Hyacine, a new 5-star character and crucial ally, joins the Trailblazer’s team. As the chief physician of the Twilight Courtyard, she has long overseen the Flame-Chasers’ well-being, aspiring to make a mark for ordinary individuals in grand history by tending to every wounded soul.

A Wind character on the Path of Remembrance, Hyacine is skilled at restoring the entire team’s HP and enhancing their overall resilience. Through her abilities and by summoning Little Ica, she provides consistent healing to her allies.

Her Ultimate not only heals all teammates but also increases their Max HP. Furthermore, when an ally (excluding Little Ica) is attacked or intentionally sacrifices HP, Little Ica will use its own HP to automatically heal them.

In addition to healing, Little Ica can also attack enemies, with its damage scaling based on the amount of healing administered.

Phase 1 version 3.3 runs from May 21, 2025 for three weeks until June 10, 2025.

Phase 2

Cipher, an early member of the Chrysos Heirs who embarked on the Flame-Chase Journey with Aglaea and Tribbie, inherited the divine authority of Trickery and has commanded this power for years, though her actions remain mysterious and erratic, with her true location perpetually unknown.

A Quantum character following the Path of Nihility, Cipher excels at targeting the enemy with the highest Max HP, inflicting a unique status that tracks all damage they receive. She can also dynamically change the marked target, enabling flexible strategies during combat.

When allies attack the marked foe, Cipher initiates a follow-up attack. Upon activating her Ultimate, she deals bonus True Damage proportional to the accumulated recorded damage.
