In previous versions of Farming Simulator, setting up a rice farm required using mods created by the player community, as rice farming wasn’t a standard feature in the game.

However, in Farming Simulator 25, rice farming and realistic rice paddies are now built into the game, allowing players to cultivate, harvest, and manage rice fields without needing any mods that could risk crashes or performance drops.
