Infinity Nikki has many fun activities that can earn you rewards and materials. One such activity is Animal Grooming, but to be able to do that, you need to be dressed appropriately with the Animal Grooming outfit.
In Chapter 1 of Infinity Nikki, Nikki has a few tasks ahead, like meeting Dada, collecting her Pear-Pal, and chatting with Giovanni. However, the main goal is to unlock the ability to groom animals in order to gather sewing materials.
Nikki will get a heads-up about this from two kids at the Great Wishtree, who ask for her help in collecting Floof Yarn from the animals.
It’s a simple wish, but it requires acquiring the Bye-Bye Dust sketch and crafting the Animal Grooming outfit in Infinity Nikki.
How to craft the Animal Grooming outfit
Players will need the Bye-Bye Dust sketch to craft the Animal-Grooming Outfit, which lists the required materials.
How to get the Bye-Bye Dust sketch
Getting the Bye-Bye Dust sketch is simple if you’ve been using Momo’s vision to spot hidden Whimstars.
Most players likely already have one star, which they can pick up from the roof of the Stylist Guild building—it’s a simple parkour challenge, so nothing too tricky. However, to claim the sketch from the Heart of Infinity, you’ll need two stars.
The second Whimstar is a bit tricky:
- First, use Momo’s vision to spot the star on the umbrella next to the café.
- To reach it, float up, then double-jump onto the umbrella and interact with the star.
- After doing so, a golden halo will appear around the umbrella. Before it disappears, quickly jump to the lower floor below and face the wall.
- Look closely and spot a yellow star graffiti on the wall.
- Press F to interact with it, then head back to the umbrella to claim your Whimstar.
It’s worth noting that an option to interact with the graffiti will not appear if the halo disappears, so players need to be quick.
Once you’ve gathered both stars, go to the Heart of Infinity and unlock the sketch.
How to craft the Animal Grooming outfit
Upon unlocking the sketch, the game will reveal the items required to craft the Animal Grooming outfit. Here are the materials needed:
- 4x Daisies
- 24x Threads of Purity
Players who have been doing Daily Missions will have plenty of threads, whereas Daises are free to pick, scattered across the green areas in Wishfield.
Once you have everything on hand, return to the Sketches menu and choose the Bye-Bye Dust sketch. Select the items and click on Quick Craft to create the Animal-Grooming Outfit in Infinity Nikki!
When Nikki is wearing her Animal Grooming outfit, she’s able to pet and interact with animals. Brushing them will get her Floof Yarn, which is a valuable material in crafting outfits.
