Best way to quickly farm Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4
You can farm Fugitive Heads by slaying Headless Husk bosses in the Headhunt zones and Roothold dungeons.
Please note that not all Headless Husks can drop these rare items. Only the ones with “Fugitive Head” in their name have a chance to drop these, like the ones called Cunning Fugitive Head or Enraged Fugitive Head.
To face a Headless Husk, complete a Whisper Bounty in the Headhunt zone and wait for Exposed Roots to spawn in the area.
Interacting with these Exposed Roots will spawn a ton of enemies, and clearing them will summon a Headless Husk boss.
Alternatively, you can wait for nearby players to interact with Exposed Roots in the area and summon a Headless Husk.
However, Fugitive Head Headless Husk bosses have a shockingly low spawn rate even on Torment difficulty, and even when they do so, they won’t always drop their Fugitive Head.
To put things into perspective, Fugitive Heads have a drop rate of 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% at Torment 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Hence, even if you play at the highest possible difficulty, your chances of encountering a Fugitive Head in Headhunt or Roothold are pretty slim.
However, you can double the chances of encountering a Fugitive Head boss by consuming a Draught of Whisper Elixir. This could double the chances of spawning a Fugitive Head.
Even with a slightly better drop rate, facing a Fugitive Head is still tough. One Reddit user, Amishjello77, complained they didn’t get a single head despite consuming six Draught of Whisper Elixir.
