There’s no shortage of ferocious alien creatures in Helldivers 2 that won’t think twice before slaughtering your entire party. The Helldivers 2 Bile Spewers are one such gigantic Terminid, which, as the name suggests, spews poisonous bile that can instantly kill you.

How to beat Helldivers 2 Bile Spewers
Before you give the Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2 a sweet cup of liber-tea, it’s important to understand how to avoid its attacks. The first thing you may notice is that its poison attacks travel in a straight line, so every time you see one getting ready to spew it, you may want to dodge left or right. It’s the best way to avoid the deadly bile, though do keep your surroundings in check before diving.
Unlike the Chargers, Bile Spewers’ weak spot is its head. We recommend using an Anti-Materiel Rifle to shoot it in the head to deal devastating damage. If you need a moment to precisely land your shot, you may ask one of your teammates to distract the Bile Spewers, or in the worst case scenario, sacrifice themselves for you while you take the shot.
Thankfully, Bile Spewer’s green-colored abdomen is also prone to damage, and you can target it to explode and kill the bug. If you happen to be surrounded by multiple Bile Spewers, it’s best to call an Orbital Strike for clean AOE explosive damage. You may also use Orbital 120MM He Barrage for clearing grounds.
Where to find Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2
You can find Bile Spewers in the Terminids region of Helldivers 2. The Terimind has three sectors – Umlaut, Mirlin, and Draco – and while all planets in these sectors aren’t unlocked at the moment, you can find Bile Spewers in the available ones. Do note that Bile Spewers only spawn at and above medium difficulty, so if you plan to farm them for a Personal Order objective, you may want to ensure that your game’s difficulty is set to at least medium.
