Eloquence is one of the five Royal Virtues in Metaphor Refantazio. These are the social stats equivalent of the Persona games.
Among all Royal Virtues, Eloquence is the hardest to improve, especially early on, as only a few activities can improve it. Also, unlike Courage and Wisdom-increasing activities, these are a bit tricky to find.

How to raise Eloquence quickly in Metaphor ReFantazio
The best way to increase Eloquence in Metaphor Refantazio is by speaking and participating in debates at the podium in every city.
Each time there’s a debate with another candidate, you have the chance to increase more Eloquence than usual alongside another Royal Virtue. If you participate in the podium activity frequently, you will be able to raise Eloquence quickly.
Another way to slightly increase Eloquence is by reading a book in the Gauntlet Runner. One such book is Pride and Persuasion, which is available from the get-go.
You can also talk to an Activist woman in the Sunshade Row district of Grand Trad and get some insight into all the minority tribes in the game. Doing so will also raise your Eloquence.
Warning: Minor story spoiler ahead
Once you unlock Junah as a companion, you can spend evenings with her during your travel and listen to her singing, which will raise Eloquence.
However, Junah doesn’t join your party until after you have infiltrated Louis’ Skyrunner, and it could take about 25-30 hours to reach this section of the game.
In the latter half of September, you can also catch a show called “The Stripling and his Stewards” in the Opera House in Altabury Heights. This will also increase your Eloquence.
