How to respec skills in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 features an elaborate skill system with an exhaustive list of perks to select from. 

In this article, we explain how to respec skills in KCD 2.

Depending on how you interact with KCD 2’s world and what decisions you take during your journeys, you will learn new perks. However, to unlock them, you will need perk points. 

Sadly, perk points are hard to come by, and if you suddenly feel like changing your character build from a sharp-tongued stealth archer to a charismatic towering knight who uses longswords, you will first need to respec your skills. 

How to respec skills in KCD 2

You can respec skills in KCD 2 by consuming a Lethean Water potion. It is a rare and valuable potion that you won’t find at every merchant or herbalist in the village. 

Thankfully, an apothecary in Kuttenberg has Lethean Water potion in their stock, though it will cost you around 100 Groschen. 

You can also purchase the Lethean Water potion recipe by the same apothecary for around 250 Groschen. 

If you are still navigating the areas around Trosky, fret not. While we didn’t find any apothecary or herbalist who had this potion in stock, we did stumble upon a merchant during a random fast-travel encounter who had one Lethean Water potion to sell for 73 Groschen. Talk about a serendipitous encounter, right?

That said, the best way to get a Lethean Water potion (like any potion in KCD 2) is to brew it. If you don’t want to spend over 250 Groschen to get its recipe, the good news is, you don’t have to. There are other ways to get it. 

You can get the Lethean Water potion recipe by completing the Thunderstone side quest in the Kuttenberg region of the game. 

To start the quest, head to Grund and talk to Kutna. She will give you the Leathean Water potion recipe if you return the stone to her. 

Another way to get this potion’s recipe is by simply brewing the potion. 

For this, you will need one Henbane, one Belladonna, and two Wormwood. 

Below are the steps to brew Lethean Water in KCD 2. 

• Step 1: Grind the Wormwood and add it to the Cauldron full of Spirits. 
• Sep 2: Add the Belladona to the Cauldron and brew for three turns. 
• Step 3: Add the Henbane. 
• Step 4: Distill the brew. 

And that’s pretty much it! Following these steps will get you a Lethean Water potion. 

Using the potion will refund all your perk points, so now you can rebuild Henry to your liking.
