You can farm Infernal Compass in Diablo 4 by running Helltides, The Pit, and completing Whisper bounties. Like Nightmare Sigils, you can also craft them at the Occultist.
In Helltides, chests have a high chance of dropping Infernal Compass. Likewise, Whisper Caches is almost guaranteed to drop one or more Infernal Compasses.
The Infernal Compass comes in eight tiers, with the highest tier offering the most challenge and least revive options. To craft an Infernal Hordes Compass, you will need Sigil Powder and Forgotten Soul.
You can get Sigil Powder by dismantling Nightmare Sigils and Infernal Compasses at the Blacksmith. As for the Forgotten Soul, you can farm it in Helltides by completing events, opening chests, and slaying elite enemies.
Forgotten Soul can be tough to farm, and if you urgently need Infernal Compasses of a particular tier, there is another way to go about it. You can upgrade the Infernal Compass in your inventory by using an Abyssal Scroll.
You can get Abyssal Scroll by salvaging Infernal Compass at the blacksmith. The drops are random, so don’t lose hope if you can’t get one immediately. We recommend salvaging higher-tier Infernal Compasses first since they have more chances of dropping an Abyssal Scroll.
Once you have an Abyssal Scroll, you can use it to increase the Infernal Compass tier by one.
