The dice game is one of the most fun side activities in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 that can get you rich quickly and come in handy in completing particular objectives and quests.
The game has two major regions, Trosky and Kuttenberg, and no matter where you are, you will often find NPCs to challenge for a game of dice.

But as good as the game sounds, it is also difficult, especially for new players or those who skip past the tutorial and know nothing about the game’s rules, point system, or other aspects.
So, if you are struggling to win a game of dice in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, keep reading this ONE Esports guide.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 dice game rules

In KCD 2, you roll six dice, hold one in each round, and roll the remaining until you run out of dice.
The main goal is to reach the target score before your opponent. Each die and die combo has different points as a reward.

But there’s a catch; you lose all the accumulated points if you don’t roll a scoring die. So, it combines luck and knowing when to turn in your points and skip to your opponent’s turn.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 dice game point system
Here’s a look at the points that each individual die and combination provide in the game:

- 1 – 100 pts
- 5 – 50 pts
- Sequence roll “1-5” – 500 pts
- Sequence rolls “2-6” – 750 pts
- Sequence rolls “1-6” – 1,500 pts
- Rolling three “1s” – 1,000 pts
- Rolling three “2s” – 200 pts
- Rolling three “3s” – 300 pts
- Rolling three “4s” – 400 pts
- Rolling three “5s” – 500 pts
- Rolling three “6s: – 600 pts
Aside from the above combinations, you double the above score when you roll the same numbered dice four or more times.
In simpler terms, let’s say you rolled 2s four times, so instead of 200 pts, you get 400 pts. If you get five 2s, your final score would be 800; if you score six 2s, your score will be 1600 pts.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 dice game badges
Badges are items with different rarity, allowing additional benefits during a dice game. You can get the badges by stealing them or purchasing them from NPCs.
When it comes to their use, if you and your opponent both have similar badge, you can use it during the game. Let’s say you have the Tin badge, Badge of Might, and so does your opponent.
During a dice game, you can add one extra die to your throw per game. Similarly, every badge gives you a unique benefit that you must utilize to outwit your opponent.
How to win a dice game

In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you can win a dice game by reaching the win score before your opponent.
We recommend using the weighted dice to get easy wins, granted you have one. If not, you can try rolling for the same dice for a quick accumulation of points and then turn in early, or just keep ending your turn with 1s and 5s.
While the latter only gives you 150 pts, it is safer. In the end, it also depends on how your rolls are. So, ensure you remember the scoring system and the rules.
