The Lost Signal is a new Grenade Launcher in Destiny 2 with an Area Denial Frame, a first of its kind. As such, in this ONE Esports guide, we explain how to get it and our Lost Signal god roll in Destiny 2.

How to get The Final Shape Exotic armors in Destiny 2

The Lost Signal is an incredibly powerful and unique GL that works similarly to the Witherhoard exotic. Its fires burst rounds, which leaves a Stasis pool behind that deals damage over time.

With the right combination of perks, it can become an ads-clearing beast.

You can get Lost Signal in Destiny 2 by opening Echo Engrams, completing Episode Echo quests, raising Failsafe vendor rank, and claiming season pass rewards.

Once you have acquired a copy of Lost Signal GL and got the AC 1 Engrame Focusing upgrade, you can focus roll for better versions of this weapon.

Since Grenade Launchers are not favorites for Crucible, we focus our Lost Signal god roll for PvE activities.

PERK TYPE PERK DESCRIPTION
BarrelQuick Launch: Greatly increases handling speed. Increases Projectile speed.
MagazineHigh Velocity Rounds: Increases Projectile speed. Increases reload speed.
Trait 1Auto-loading Holster: The holstered weapon is automatically reloaded after a short period of time.
Trait 2One for all: Hitting three separate targets increases damage for a moderate duration.
Or,
Unrelenting: Rapidly defeating targets triggers health regeneration. Guardians and powerful combatants count as more than one kill.
MasterworkHandling
Origin TraitRadiolaria Transposer: Rapid final blows cause targets to explode into a pool of radiolarian pool.

For Barrel in GLs, it’s always best to go with something that increases the blast radius, handling, or projectile speed. Lost Signal already has a decent Blast Radius. I got multiple rolls with 100 Blast Radius and none less than 80, so the best option is Quick Launch for increased handling and projectile speed.

For Magazine, Velocity Rounds is ideal because it further increases projectile speed and improves reload speed, which is almost always slow for GLs.

As for the third column trait, Auto-Loading Holster is a great option since it reduces the need to reload the weapon, and that’s always a win for any heavy weapon in Destiny 2.

For the fourth column trait, both One for All and Unrelenting and Unrelenting are great options. It depends on what activities you want to pursue and whether you want to play aggressively or defensively.

Since Lost Signal can deal AOE damage, you can easily trigger One for All and get a decent damage boost. Likewise, Unrelenting can regenerate health from rapid kills, which is also easy to do with Lost Signal’s incredible blast radius and AOE capabilities.

Lastly, for Masterwork, Handling is the best option since it’s one area where GLs usually suffer.

That sums up our Lost Signal god roll in Destiny 2.
