Destiny 2’s latest collaboration comes from a galaxy far far away. Yes, you read that right. New Star Wars-themed armor ornaments are coming to Destiny 2 in Episode Heresy, the conclusive chapter of the ongoing Light and Darkness Saga.
It’s been a while since Destiny 2 hopped on the trend of collaborating with high-profile franchises like The Witcher and Assassin’s Creed, but Star Wars looks to be its biggest one yet.

Whether you’re a fan of George Lucas’ space opera or simply interested in adding sleek armor ornaments to your collection, you’re in the right place.
How to get Star Wars armor ornament in Destiny 2
You can get the Star Wars armor in Destiny 2 by purchasing it from the Eververse store with Silver.
As of this writing, it’s not confirmed whether you can also get these with Bright Dust, like the recently released Doki Doki armor.
The Star Wars armor set will be available in the Everstore store on February 4, 2025, alongside Act 1 of Episode Heresy.
As mentioned above, each Destiny 2 subclass gets its own Star Wars-themed armor set.
Hunters get the Covert Ranger set inspired by Elite Deathtroopers. Warlocks get the Royal Protector set inspired by the Imperial Royal Guards. And lastly, Titans get the Shock Enforcer set inspired by the classic Stormtroopers.
In addition to these armor sets, the Star Wars crossover adds DS-2 Ghost Shell inspired by the Death Star from Return of the Jedi. Also part of this bundle is a Star Wars-themed sparrow, ship, finisher, and a few emotes.
Naturally, as with every new addition in Destiny 2, the community seems divided on this latest collaboration. While some players have shown excitement and are eager to get their hands on the entire set, others have been more dismissive of it.
One Reddit user even remarked that these armor designs have gotten less Destiny-like with each crossover and that the Titan’s Star Wars armor is just a Stormtrooper, which is a far cry from a Guardian in Destiny 2.
Either way, since these are optional cosmetic items, it’s up to you to decide whether you want to spend money on them or skip them altogether.
