Marvel Rivals’ first-ever season is starting soon, and NetEase is going all in to make it a hit. The developer has revealed Marvel Rivals Invisible Woman as the first Fantastic Four hero to join Marvel Rivals.
Marvel Rivals is only a month old, at least officially, and NetEase is gearing up to extend the roster to 37 characters in season 1. Kicking off January 10, the season will roll out the Fantastic Four heroes over time, starting with Sue Storm, better known as Invisible Woman.

The developer has officially dropped the first gameplay trailer, providing a better look at Marvel Rivals Invisible Woman abilities.
Evident from the name, the hook of Invisible Woman’s toolkit is invisibility, but she’s more much than that. Confirmed to be a strategist like Cloak and Dagger, the hero is expected to shift the meta with her support and healing.
What are Invisible Woman abilities in Marvel Rivals?
Invisible Woman is a strategist with the power to protect and shield allies and heal them. She looks to be an excellent ranged hero who can deal damage with her energy blasts while using her force fields to block enemy attacks and provide support.
The trailer begins with her pausing bullets mid-air, confirming that she’s indeed a support who can protect teammates. However, her toolkit is much more versatile in action. She can deal burst damage with her energy blasts, which work better when paired with the abilities of a tank or a duelist. While dealing with damage, she can also plant a shield in front of allies.
Her base kit makes her the perfect pocket hero that duelists may want to bring into battle. On her own, Invisible Woman may not shine as brightly as she would in a team setting.
Her selling point, however, has to be her ultimate, which creates an invisible area of effect. All allies within this AoE turn invisible and get healing for a small period of time.

Invisible Woman is launching with Season 1 on January 10. The rest of the Fantastic Four will also join her during the season on later dates.
