If you have been meaning to get a taste of Diablo 4’s addictive gameplay loop but have been turned away because of its high price, there’s good news. The Diablo 4 free trial is underway, and if you like what you play, you can get the base game at a 40% discount.

However, since it’s a free trial, you will only have access to limited features for a limited time. As such, this ONE Esports guide explains what to expect from this Diablo 4 free trial and reveals its end time.

Diablo 4 free trial will end on September 23, 2024, so there’s still plenty of time for you to try it.  The trial version includes the game’s standard edition and is available only on Battle.net, Xbox, and PlayStation store.

The Diablo 4 free trial lets you play the base game until your character reaches level 20, which isn’t much since you can make that progress in under an hour. However, it’s enough to give you an idea of the core gameplay loop and try out different classes.

Fortunately, your trial character will carry over to the full game, so if you decide to purchase the game, you can continue from where you left off.

As mentioned above, Diablo 4 is currently available at a 40% discount, which means you can get it for $29.99.

Sadly, there isn’t any discount on the Diablo 4 expansion bundle, which also includes the upcoming Vessel of Hatred expansion and the new Spiritborn Class.

Thus, if you plan to purchase the expansion separately, you will have to cough up at least $40 for it, which is surprisingly more than the price you would pay for the base game.
