What is the SOOP Valorant League 2024?
The SOOP Valorant League (SVL) is a rebranded esports tournament formerly known as the AfreecaTV Valorant League (AVL). The tournament will take place offline at the Sangam SOOP Colosseum in Seoul, South Korea, from December 10 to 15, 2024.
With a US$80,000 prize pool, the SVL will feature eight world-class teams, including VCT champions Sentinels, NRG, Gen.G Esports, DRX, Talon Esports, Bilibili Gaming, Made in Thailand, and Rapid Lofi.
The tournament will follow a double-elimination group stage and a single-elimination playoff bracket, culminating in a best-of-five grand final.
The SVL will feature official broadcasts on SOOP in English, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
