Where is the Electric Field Safe located in STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl?
The Electric Field Safe is located in the Garbage region (between Yantar and Cement Factory), which means you need to have progressed with the main campaign to some extent to access this region.
From there, you have to head south west and locate a two-story building. You can easily recognise the building as a part of the exterior will have an electric field.
How to get to the Electric Field Safe?
Look for the entrance at the south of the building, right beside the electric field, and take the stairs. Head to the second floor and you can find the safe right beside the stairs.
Before you can open it, you will need to enter a four-digit code.
How to open the Electric Field Safe — Electric Field Safe code
On the keycode machine, enter the code 1708 to open the Electric Field Safe in STALKER 2.
This code is not the easiest to decipher, as it’s related to the description of the place that reads: “It’s a good hiding place. I’m surprised the electronics are still functional. Hopefully they still are… anyway, the code is stick, cobra, porthole, infinity.”
The last four words are the clues here:

- Cobra: 7
- Porthole: 0
- Infinity: 8
The numbers of the code resemble the words in a way that doesn’t give everything right away and makes you work for it. For example, stick resembles the number “1”, while the symbol for infinity when kept upright resembles the number “8.”
