How to get Flairs for your cards in Pokemon TCG Pocket
To unlock Flairs for your Pokemon TCG Pocket cards, you need two things:
- Duplicate cards
- Shinedust
Getting more cards is pretty straight forward. Depending on the origin of the card, you can either get more duplicates of them via opening booster packs or getting lucky with your Wonder Picks. For event exclusive cards, you’ll need to earn them during the event period.
Shinedust, on the other hand, is a special resource that can only be obtained when you pull duplicate cards or complete missions.
To get a Flair for your favorite Pokemon cards, follow these three simple steps:
- Navigate to My Cards in the main menu.
- Select the card you wish to add a Flair to and click Obtain Flair in the card preview.
- Select the Flair you wish to make and choose Exchange.
Don’t be alarmed if the only Flair you can initially unlock is a generic sparkle. Once you craft it, you’ll gain access to a wider variety of craftable Flairs.

- Navigate to My Cards in the main menu then select Decks.
- Select an existing deck or create a new one with the desired card you want to add a Flair to.
- Choose the deck then click Edit.
- Look for the desired card in the card loadout at the top of the deck building menu and click the grey plus button.
- Pick the Flair you want to equip then select Use.
