Bungie have added a new Veteran Legendary armor in Destiny 2 for all three subclasses to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the first game.
These Veteran Legendary armor sets are inspired by the original concept armor that was shown way before the launch of Destiny 1.
How to get Veteran Legendary armor in Destiny 2
To get this new legendary armor set, you have to open all of Cayde’s Stashes scattered within the old Tower in the Pale Heart.

All Caydes Stashes location in Destiny 2
There are five Cayde’s Stashes in Destiny 2. You can find their exact locations below.
Caydes Stash 1 location
From the spawn point, head left toward the terrace, where you can find a Cabal guard looking at the horizon.
Cayde’s Stash is just on the opposite side of that part of the terrace. Open it to get the Veteran Legend leg armor.
Caydes Stash 2 location
Take the stairs leading to Micah’s Conduit in the Tower past the Ghost, and you will soon run into the second Cayde’s Stash. Open it to receive the Veteran Legend chest armor.
Caydes Stash 3 location
From the spawn point, head right towards the building and take the staircase to reach the upper floor with the Cabal guard.
You can find the third Cayde’s Stash here. Open it to get the Veteran Legend Bond or Cloak.
Caydes Stash 4 location
From Ghost’s location, head straight beyond the staircase leading to Micah’s Conduit. You will find the fourth Cayde’s Stash here behind some crates. Open it to receive the Veteran Legend helmet.
Caydes Stash 5 location
You can find the final stash in the area where you deposit all the Vision of the Traveler.
It’s on the right side of the area below the branch of a tree. Open it to receive the Veteran Legend Gauntlets.
And that’s pretty much it! That’s all the stashes in Destiny 2. Once you have opened all the chests, you will unlock the Cayde’s Stash triumph.
How to get Veteran Legendary armor ornament in Destiny 2
You can get the new Veteran Legendary armor ornament from the special delivery terminal in the Tower. In case you’re new to Destiny, the special delivery terminal can be found next to Banshee-44 Gunsmith in the Tower.
