Leisurely Puffer water sports shop
Mualani is the owner of Leisurely Puffer, a water sports shop in People of the Springs. This shop sells all kinds of water sports equipment, from surfboards to floaters.
The store even features a cute, pink pufferfish outfit seen on Mualani’s idle animation that lets her bounce around.
Since Mualani is so closely associated with her shop, it’s a great place to wish for her.
Hot springs of People of the Springs
Mualani loves water, so it’s no surprise that the hot springs of People of the Springs are a great place to wish for her.
Take a relaxing swim in the natural hot springs, and as you float in the warm water, wish for Mualani to join your party. The soothing environment and your connection to the Hydro element might increase your chances of pulling her.
Wayob of the Meztli Tribe
The Wayob are powerful beings revered by the tribes of Natlan. They live in the Night Kingdom and can see the past and future.

This tournament takes place at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame in the Basin of Unnumbered Flames.

Natlan’s Spiritway mechanic

Note that to activate Spiritways, you need to complete a specific part of the Archon quest Chapter V: Incandescent Ode of Resurrection.
