Genshin Impact 5.6 banners: List of characters, weapons, release date

Genshin Impact 5.6 banners were announced during the “Paralogism” special program livestream.

In version 5.6, a new Archon Quest Interlude chapter is on the horizon, guiding players to Mondstadt where a surprising storm is brewing.

Simultaneously, Fontaine welcomes the grand opening of a new amusement park, inviting players to test their management skills with both cleverness and bravery.

Two new characters will be joining the adventure: Escoffier, the former culinary master of Hotel Debord known for his effortless creation of delectable dishes, and Ifa, a skilled sauro-vet who bravely battles alongside his saurian ally, Cacucu.

Genshin Impact 5.6 banners – Phase 1

Escoffier, is a new 5-star Cryo polearm user and the renowned former head chef of the esteemed Hotel Debord. Her fighting style uniquely combines culinary artistry with potent elemental abilities.

With her Elemental Skill, Escoffier can summon the versatile All-Spectrum Multi-Use Cooking Mek. This ingenious device can either remain stationary, absorbing elemental attacks and preparing helpful food items, or follow the active character, delivering a continuous barrage of Cryo damage.

Her Elemental Burst provides healing to allies, and both her Elemental Skill and Burst weaken enemies by reducing their Hydro and Cryo resistance, an effect that becomes even more powerful with more Hydro or Cryo characters on the team.

Phase 1 runs from May 7, 2025, to May 27, 2025.

New 4-star character Ifa has a boosted drop rate during phase one. The 4-star Anemo catalyst wielder hailing from the Flower-Feather Clan, takes to the battlefield alongside his trusty Qucusaurus companion, Cacucu.

This adept sauro-vet can unleash a flurry of healing Tonicshots upon his enemies while simultaneously mending his allies. He can also conjure a wind current that gathers foes, granting valuable battlefield control.

While under the effects of Nightsoul’s Blessing, Ifa amplifies Swirl and Electro-Charged damage based on the party’s accumulated Nightsoul Points. Demonstrating his keen medical intuition, Ifa can also automatically heal the active character if their health dips below a certain point, ensuring the team remains resilient and ready for anything.

Symphonist of Scents, a new 5-star Polearm, Escoffier’s best-in-slot weapon, is featured on the weapon banner during Genshin Impact 5.6 phase one.
