Feixiao’s damage scales off her ATK, and her follow-up attacks and ultimate compromise the majority of her damage output. As such, the light cones that suit her the most are the ones that bolster the aforementioned attributes.
Naturally, the best light cone for Feixiao would be her signature light cone, ‘I Venture Forth to Hunt.’ The great general can deal massive crit damage from her follow-up attacks, thanks to one of her bonus traces and the buff she can receive from teammates like Topaz and Robin.
Feixiao’s signature light cone can increase her crit rate, allowing her to proc crit damage more often. Most importantly, her ultimate damage can ignore up to 39% of enemy defense, which is insane because Feixiao’s ultimate is quite powerful in itself, mainly because it can deal toughness damage to enemies irrespective of their weakness.
With this light cone’s absurd defense shred, Feixiao’s ultimate damage can deal even more damage.
Topaz’s signature light cone is another great option for Feixiao. Since Feixiao is a better damage dealer than Topaz, we recommend equipping this light cone on her, but only if you don’t want to pull for her signature light cone.
Worrisome, Blissful can boost Feixiao’s crit rate, crit damage, and follow-up attack damage, all of which are essential to bolster her damage output.
Dr. Ratio’s signature light cone is also a good option for Feixiao, but only if you have at least one party member who can inflict a debuff on the enemy target. As such, we recommend bringing Topaz, Aventurine, March 7th (Hunt), or Robin.
Baptism of Pure Thought can massively boost Feixiao’s crit damage and ultimate damage, alongside increasing her crit rate.

The Wind-Soaring Valorous is the best relic set for Feixiao because it can increase the crit rate and provide ATK and ultimate damage boost. However, note that you have to use a follow-up attack to proc the ultimate damage boost.
The Ashblazing Grand Duke relic set is the second-best option for Feixiao because it can boost follow-up attack damage and ATK. The ATK buff increases with follow-up attacks and can stack up to 8 times, so you can get a pretty decent ATK boost from it.
Best Feixiao build: planar ornaments

Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves is the best Planar Ornament set for Feixiao, as it can increase follow-up attack damage up to 25%. Just make sure you have more than one party member who can deal follow-up attacks to stack up this damage boost quickly.
When you do max out the follow-up attack damage boost, you gain a 25% crit damage boost.
Inert Salsotto Planar Ornament set is a solid alternative if you have at least one other party member of the Hunt Path. With this, you can get a decent ATK and crit rate boost.
Best Feixiao build: team composition
The best Feixiao team would consist of multiple follow-up attack damage-dealing characters, someone to boost her ultimate damage, and someone to ensure her survivability. Sadly, at the moment, Feixiao can only work well in a few follow-up attack teams though they are in no way underwhelming.
