HoYoverse pays special tribute to one of the greatest fathers of animation in Honkai Star Rail 2.0 in a big reference that you simply cannot miss.
You don’t need to travel all the way to the original Disneyland in Anaheim, California to view the historic statue — you can check out HoYoverse’s version of it right here on your screen in Penacony.

Where can I find and experience Disney in Penacony?
Follow through Honkai Star Rail’s main Penacony quest — the following events will take place during “Sleepless Night” which leads up to Golden Hour.
The first thing you’ll be asked to do is investigate the source of the disturbance. Here, you’ll meet Firefly and Gallagher in the same scene.
After you help her get out of trouble, she offers to give you a tour of the town in return for your kindness which starts the sub-quest “Tales from the Golden Age”.
First you’ll check out some local delicacies, then she’ll take you to Glaux Avenue, the main street in the middle of the town.
Follow her down the stairs into the park below street level — this is where you’ll find Clockie, described by her as “Penacony’s famous cartoon character,” who wears a bow, gloves, oversized shoes, and puts on a wide, smiling face.
Does it not sound and look familiar?
She goes on to describe it as “the oldest and most famous animation from Penacony” that “follows the adventurous life of Clockie and his friends.”
Clockie pays tribute to none other than Mickey Mouse, created by Walt Disney. The character, together with his crew, star in thousands of animated episodes that date back all the way from the mid 1950s.
In-game, Firefly calls Clockie’s creator “the legendary Watchmaker”, a tycoon who founded the Dreamscape, a man who “turns dreams into reality.”
Again, it’s a nod to Walt Disney and his theme park, which boasts the famous tagline “The happiest place on Earth,” where people go to escape reality and have fun.
In real life, at the original Disneyland that Walt Disney built in Anaheim, California in the USA, the statue features both himself and Mickey Mouse.
In Honkai, Clockie seems to embody both of them in one, paying full tribute to the most famous cartoon (and man) on earth.
