The official Honkai Star Rail 2.5 release date has been announced.
In version 2.4, we got to know Yunli and Jiaoqiu — but perhaps more importantly we helped March 7th unlock a new path to become the best swordswoman ever.
We also got to experience The Wardance festival, which served as an opportunity to uplift spirits and extend a gesture of peace and friendship to allies and acquaintances.
Version 2.5 unveils the highly anticipated Wardance ceremony and introduces formidable new foes. As the groundbreaking adventure on Xianzhou Luofu progresses, players will have the chance to recruit fresh five-star characters, including Feixiao, the General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing, who will appear in the Echo of War.
Additionally, Lingsha, the new Cauldron Master from the Alchemy Commission of Xianzhou Luofu, and Moze, the enigmatic Shadow Guard of the Yaoqing, will both play significant roles in the unfolding narrative.

Honkai Star Rail 2.5 Trailblaze Continuance
Wolves lurk encircling, and the hunter draws their bow. High above, within the Skysplitter, the Xianzhou Luofu’s Wardance ceremony is about to commence a sanguine competition.
After a recent prison break at The Shackling Prison, the Cloud Knights have rapidly mobilized to launch a rescue operation. General Feixiao leads her forces to apprehend the escaped Borisin criminals and secure the surface of the Luofu.
Simultaneously, General Jing Yuan conducts an investigation into the incident, while General Huaiyan oversees the Six Commissions of the Luofu. As long-hidden secrets within The Shackling Prison come to light, this groundbreaking saga moves swiftly toward its dramatic climax.
We will also see the highly anticipated Luminary Wardance event come to life, drawing a diverse group of participants, including newcomers like Luka, who is visiting Xianzhou Luofu for the first time. Trailblazers who take part in Luminary Wardance activities will have the opportunity to earn the delightful pet “Tuskpir” as a companion.
Honkai Star Rail 2.5 new 5-star characters
Feixiao
Feixiao, the Merlin’s Claw of Xianzhou Yaoqing and one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals, joins the battlefield as a 5-star playable character.
Known for her unrestrained and forthright demeanor, Feixiao excels in all forms of martial arts, honing herself into a formidable weapon. She is highly esteemed by both Xianzhou soldiers and civilians, earning the title of “The Vanquishing General.”
In combat, General Feixiao traverses the cosmos, collaborating closely with her allies. When her teammates engage an enemy, she follows up with a devastating attack.
Feixiao accumulates “Flying Aureus” with each series of attacks, a Spiritus bestowed by the Reignbow that amplifies her power and duty. She not only gathers Flying Aureus from her own strikes but also benefits from the attacks of her teammates.
When activating her ultimate, Feixiao expends the collected Flying Aureus to deliver a series of potent strikes using her gunblades or battle-axe. These powerful attacks diminish the enemy’s Toughness, bypass their Weakness Type, and enhance her Weakness Break Efficiency.

Lingsha
Lingsha possesses a sharp sense of smell, allowing her to diagnose illnesses and use incense to bring comfort to others. Her expertise in handling intricate social dynamics helps her maintain a composed and serene exterior, even when she feels turmoil inside.
Lingsha has the ability to summon Fuyuan, an incense beast she has created. While Fuyuan assists in combat, it dissipates after a few actions. Lingsha can extend Fuyuan’s presence using her Skill, enabling it to perform additional attacks. These attacks not only inflict damage on all enemies but also dispel one debuff from her allies and restore their HP.
When Lingsha activates her ultimate, she delivers damage to all enemies, heals her allies, and imposes the Befog state on foes, which increases Break damage against them. As a dependable Cauldron Master, Lingsha ensures her allies are well-protected and supported in battle.

Honkai Star Rail 2.5 new 4-star character
Moze
Moze, the Shadow Guard of the Yaoqing, debuts as a playable character in Honkai Star Rail 2.5. Renowned for his reserved and solitary nature, Moze operates in secrecy, rarely making his presence known.
In combat, Moze designates a single enemy as his Prey and enters the Departed state while the Prey remains on the field. After his allies engage the Prey, Moze delivers additional damage.
His ultimate ability inflicts damage on enemies and initiates a follow-up attack. With his elusive tactics and precise strikes, Moze adds a new dimension of strategy and intrigue to the battlefield.

Honkai Star Rail 2.5 new events
- Luminary Wardance Ceremony — The highly anticipated Luminary Wardance has begun as scheduled, as the courageous from all walks of life make their appearance. However, the star of the show this time isn’t any Xianzhou swordsmaster, but a young red-haired ironed-armed man from the lone city of the winterlands. The Trailblazer becomes Luka’s gold-medal coach and fight with him in all the challenges. Luka needs to defeat opponents in each face-off match one by one before he can face the ringmaster Yanqing in the final showdown. The IPC will also participate, led by Topaz.
