Updated on November 22, 11:15 p.m. (GMT+8): Added official information from Honkai Star Rail version 2.7 special program.
The Honkai Star Rail universe is expanding with the introduction of a new combat path: Remembrance.
First unveiled alongside the announcement of the 5-star character Aglaea from the world of Amphoreus, the Honkai Star Rail Remembrance path promises to change the way players approach battles.
As Trailblazers gear up for the release of version 3.0, which introduces Amphoreus, understanding the Remembrance path becomes important.
In this article, we explore the Remembrance path, from its core mechanics to its powerful Aeon.
What is the Honkai Star Rail Remembrance path?
The Remembrance path is the eighth playable path in Honkai Star Rail, associated with the Aeon Fuli. Characters following this path are driven by the goal of preserving memories to prepare for the universe’s rebirth after its destruction.
Players familiar with the Simulated Universe will recognize the core concept of Remembrance, which involves Ice and Freeze. In the Simulated Universe, Blessings associated with this path enhance the chances of applying Freeze and Dissociation.
Outside Simulated Universe, characters following the Remembrance path have unique companions called Memosprites. These Memosprites possess diverse abilities and can actively participate in battles, aiding the Trailblazer in combat.
When a Trailblazer unlocks the Remembrance path, they gain a floating, pink companion named Mem. Mem serves as a recorder of adventures and stories within the world of Amphoreus.
With the release of Remembrance, the game now has a total of eight playable combat paths.

Notably, Aglaea is the first playable character to follow the Remembrance path. HoYoverse may introduce more Remembrance characters in future updates.
