Aglaea, also known as the Goldweaver, is the acting leader of the Chrysos Heirs and resides in Okhema, the last bastion of Amphoreus.
Renowned for her dedication to protecting her world, she is also a masterful dressmaker with a passion for weaving intricate and lavish robes. Her artistry embodies her connection to the divine.
As a demigod, Aglaea wields the Coreflame of Romance, a divine essence inherited from Titan Mnestia. This power underscores her role as both protector and paragon of Amphoreus’s heritage.
Aglaea first appears in the mission “Distant Traveler, Listen to the World’s Mission,” where Okhema faces an invasion by corrupted Furiae warriors led by Nikador, the Incarnation of Strife.
Amid the chaos, she descends dramatically, helping Phainon and others defeat one of Nikador’s godly forms, forcing the invaders to retreat.
The Trailblazer and Dan Heng are struck by her cultured demeanor and captivating presence.
Her commitment to her people is evident in her actions. When she finds out that the Travelers are not from this world, Aglaea agrees to share her knowledge of Amphoreus only if they keep this secret, for such revelations could provoke the Gods.
Her golden threads, which can discern truth from lies, highlight her authority and divine power.
When a rumor about the outside world spreads, she tests the Trailblazer and Dan Heng’s commitment to the cause by threatening execution, ultimately revealing her resolve and the gravity of her leadership.
However, with the intervention of Phainon and Castorice, she acknowledges their importance to the Chrysos Heirs’ mission and allows them to assist further.
After Nikador’s defeat, Aglaea presides over the Coreflame Trial, aiding Phainon in restoring Strife’s Coreflame.
