Updated on June 20, 11:25 p.m. (GMT+8): Updated expected release date.
Feeling excited to play the new mid-range skirmisher mage in the mid lane? You’ll want to note down the official Aurora release date.
First teased back in January 2024, the vastayan with distinguished bunny ears is ready to make her debut on Summoner’s Rift.
Who is Aurora?
A bridge between the material and spirit world, Aurora comes from the Freljordian village, Aamu, from a tribe called Bryni. She can see both worlds clearly, and developed a natural affinity connecting with spirits.
During patch 14.11’s update, she was featured in the client through a comic-like minigame where she meets Ornn and tides up his home in the Freljord. They eventually become friends.
Aurora is officially the 168th champion to be added to League of Legends.
