Top laner Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau has returned to competitive play in the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS), joining FlyQuest as their top laner for the LCS Spring 2024.
In 2023, Bwipo took a year-long break from competitive play. During this time, he became a content creator for Team Liquid while also searching for a new team for season 13. He also appeared as a guest caster and analyst during the LCS Spring 2023 broadcast.

Bwipo, Inspired to play for FlyQuest for LCS Spring 2024
FlyQuest’s season 14 player roster features another popular European player, Kacper “Inspired” Słoma.
Despite their shared roots in the League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC), these two former EMEA players, Bwipo and Inspired, have never been teammates in the LEC due to their prior commitments to Fnatic and Rogue, respectively.
This FlyQuest roster is further strengthened by the addition of mid laner Nicolaj “Jensen” Jensen, who previously played with Dignitas. Dignitas faced challenges in the LCS Spring and Summer, concluding both splits at the bottom of the standings.
Additionally, Fahad “Massu” Abdulmalek makes a return from FlyQuest’s academy team to the LCS. He is joined by Alan “Busio” Cwalina, who previously served as the support player for 100 Thieves.

Before transitioning to North America for their LCS careers, Bwipo and Inspired were recognized as standout players in the European region.
Bwipo demonstrated his versatility as a pro player with Fnatic from 2018 to 2021, excelling in the jungle, bot lane, and top lane roles. During his time with the team, he won back-to-back regular season championships in the EU LCS Spring and Summer 2018.
Inspired earned distinctions like LEC Most Valuable Player and LEC Rookie of the Split in 2019, all before turning 20 years old. His success continued upon moving to North America to join Evil Geniuses, where he played a crucial role in the team’s triumph during LCS Spring 2022.
