The LPL Spring 2024 rosters are locked and loaded.
The LPL region had a successful year in 2023. JD Gaming’s super team comprising Bai “369” Jia-Hao, Seo “Kanavi” Jin-hyeok, Zhuo “knight” Ding, Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk, and Lou “MISSING” Yun-Feng won LPL Spring, MSI, and LPL Summer.

They were hoping to complete the golden road, but were once again halted by T1 in the semifinals just like the previous year’s Worlds.
After another turbulent offseason, LPL Spring 2024 resets the board. Here’s the full roster of every team competing.

Anyone’s Legend
The biggest name on Anyone’s Legend’s roster is bot laner Wang “Hope” Jie, who trained with Edward Gaming before getting picked up by JD Gaming for the 2022 season.
He moved to Team WE before joining Anyone’s Legend for LPL Spring 2024.

Zhuo “knight” Ding has gone from one strong team to another.
After spending three years with Top Esports, and achieving the most in his career so far in 2023 with JD Gaming, he’s now playing for rival team Bilibili Gaming, swapping places with Zeng “Yagao” Qi.
The rest of the roster, highlighted by top laner Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin, remains intact, with contracts ending in November 2024.

Together with Worlds 2021 champion Zhao “Jiejie” Li-Jie, they’re the two most senior members on the team. The rest of the players were promoted from Edward Gaming’s academy squad.

Zeng “Yagao” Qi kicked off his career with JD Gaming in 2018, then left to play for Bilibili Gaming in 2023. After Zhuo “knight” Ding’s departure, he’s back for the 2024 season, reuniting with Seo “Kanavi” Jin-hyeok.
JDG also re-signed Lou “MISSING” Yun-Feng and Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk, who will be competing another year in China.

After a year’s absence, former Edward Gaming top laner Li “Flandre” Xuan-Jun returns to the competitive scene.
For the LPL Spring 2024 season, JD Gaming is led by Won “Mafa” Sang-yeon, former Invictus Gaming and Gen.G coach who’s filling in Yoon “Homme” Sung-young’s shoes as he takes an indefinite break.

You’ll recognize him from his time on DWG KIA when he substituted for Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon.
Departing Liiv SANDBOX in the LCK, Noh “Burdol” Tae-yoon makes his LPL debut on LGD Gaming as their sole top laner.
Besides the addition of Zou “Kepler” Jia-Le, the rest of the lineup from 2023 remains the same.

The biggest change to LNG Esports’ roster going into LPL Spring 2024 is the departure of star jungler Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yong, who as of writing, is a free agent.
He is replaced by Wei “Weiwei” Bo-Han who previously played for Weibo Gaming, Bilibili Gaming, and Victory Five.

Royal Never Give Up
Worlds 2019 champion and former FunPlus Phoenix bot laner Lin “Lwx” Wei-Xiang has left the organization after five years.
For LPL Spring 2024, he’ll lane with Shi “Ming” Sen-Ming in the bot lane instead, who re-signed with Royal Never Give Up. The rest of the roster has been retained from Summer 2023.

The prodigal top laner returns.
After two boisterous years on JD Gaming working under the leadership of head coach Yoon “Homme” Sung-young, Bai “369” Jia-Hao is back at Top Esports alongside star bot laner Yu “JackeyLove” Wen-Bo.
LPL Spring 2024 is also going to be the first time we see Worlds 2021 champion and veteran support Tian “Meiko” Ye pair up with JackeyLove in the bot lane, which is pretty exciting.

Weibo Gaming finished second at Worlds 2023 after getting swept by T1 in the final. Star top laner Kang “TheShy” Seung-lok is nowhere to be seen as he takes a break from competitive gaming.
His fellow teammates however, are pressing on. Veterans Li “Xiaohu” Yuan-Hao, Wang “Light” Guang-Yu, and Liu “Crisp” Qing-Song are still strongholds on 2024 roster.
Replacing TheShy is Zhu “Zdz” De-Zhang, previously from Anyone’s Legend.
