This year’s Mid-Season Invitational (MSI 2024) is changing things up again.
Last year, the annual international tournament already underwent major format changes by adding more teams, increasing the number of major region representatives from LCS, LEC, LCK, and LPL to two each.
At the same time, its format changed to a Play-In Stage and Bracket Stage, adopting a double elimination format for the first time in LoL esports history.
This year, Riot Games adds even more stakes — the winner of MSI qualifies for Worlds 2024. The second place winner secures an additional seed for their region.
Here’s everything you need to know about MSI, including its schedule, results, standings, format, teams, and where to watch the tournament.
