Riot Games has confirmed that it will not be possible to port any League of Legends champions and skins already owned by players over to Wild Rift, the mobile version of the game.
“There are a variety of reasons for this, one of which is not having content parity [between both platforms],” said Riot Games associate art director, Alex Lehmann.

Wild Rift has been built from the ground up for mobile play and, at launch, will feature only 40 heroes from LoL’s 147 character roster.
Having said that, veteran and long-time League players will still get a boost when they start out in Wild Rift. Lehmann revealed that PC players will be given helpful starting boosters based on how much time they have logged in the PC game, although he did not reveal any specific details on what these boosters will entail.
