T1 support player and Worlds 2023 champion Ryu “Keria” Min-seok is paying it forward by making a significant contribution to a charitable cause to support the next generation.

T1 Keria made a generous donation of KR₩2.5 million (approximately US$1,900) to the Dream and Hope Support Project, an initiative by Holt Children’s Services, a child welfare institute in Seoul, South Korea.
This project aims to provide tuition fee support for low-income households across the country.

Keria’s donation is specifically directed towards the “Dream Summer Camp” fund, which provides underprivileged children with the opportunity to participate in a variety of enriching activities during the summer months.

“I am deeply interested in the future of our dreamers, and making donations towards their development has been a very meaningful,” T1 Keria said in a press release as translated by ONE Esports.
Holt Children’s Services in Korea operates under the umbrella of Holt International, a Christian organization dedicated to providing care and assistance to some of the world’s most vulnerable children, including those who are orphaned, abandoned, or at risk of separation from their families.
In recent years, Keria has achieved significant success in esports, including winning a gold medal for South Korea at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, and securing victory at the League of Legends World Championship (Worlds 2023) with T1.
He has also been recognized with numerous accolades, such as being named to the All LCK 1st Team (Spring), earning Player of the Split (Spring), Regular Season MVP (Spring), and receiving the Support of the Year award at the LCK Awards 2023.
