The Worlds 2024 Swiss stage is where the top teams from around the globe clash in a series of best-of-one matches to determine who advances to the knockout stage.
The Swiss format is a tournament system where participants are paired based on their current win-loss record. It’s designed to ensure that teams with similar records play each other, which leads to more competitive and balanced matches throughout the tournament.
From the second round onwards, teams are paired based on their win-loss records from previous rounds. Teams with similar records play each other.
The top teams with three wins based on their win-loss record, qualifies for the Worlds 2024 single elimination knockout stage.
