Counter Logic Gaming’s (CLG) German mid-laner Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage showcased an amazing play using sand conqueror champion Azir at the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Regional Qualifiers.
CLG PowerOfEvil sneakily attacked Clutch Gaming (CG) Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon’s Lucian and CG Nam “Lira” Tae-yoo’s Gragas right after the two killed the Mountain Drake.

He started with his third ability Shifting Sands to dash towards the direction of CG Huni and CG Lira. Then he cast Arise! which dealt a huge chunk of damage to the latter.
Before the two Clutch Gaming players could even retaliate, PowerOfEvil summoned a phalanx of soldiers through his ultimate Emperor’s Divide, pushing them back. The ultimate ability killed CG Huni’s Lucian. CG Lira tried to escape the deadly situation but PowerOfEvil was able to chase him down.
Despite the fantastic play, CLG’s seasonal run was ended by CG with a 3-1 standing in a best-of-five series.
