As Chou, initiate your attack by closing in on Eudora using the first two parts of Jeet Kune Do. Precisely time your Shunpo to evade her Ball Lightning, then knock her airborne with the third cast of Jeet Kune Do.
Reposition yourself and boost your physical penetration with another Shunpo before finishing her off with The Way of Dragon.

Lancelot

Execute Ougi: Shadow Kill for the finishing blow, and quickly disengage by teleporting to another shadow.
Natalia
Natalia is also one of the best assassins to counter Eudora. With her ability to conceal herself and silence enemies, she can easily eliminate the lightning-wielding mage.
To prepare for the ambush on Eudora, spend some time hiding in a bush to activate the conceal state granted by Assassin Instinct.
Continuously move between bushes while searching for her, maintaining your stealthy advantage. Once you have located her, use Hero Lock Mode to ensure that she is your intended target before initiating your combo.
Strike her with the enhanced basic attack from Assassin Instinct to deal substantial damage and silence her. Finish her off with another amplified attack by triggering The Hunt, then escape using Claw Dash and Smoke Bomb.
