Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports action is in full swing with the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series Season 5 APAC Challenge Finals.

Twelve of the strongest MLBB teams in Southeast Asia compete for the lion’s share of the US$144,500 prize pool.

Notable teams in this tournament include M5 grand finalists Falcons AP. Bren and Fnatic ONIC. Rising teams from other regions, such as Malaysia’s Selangor Red Giants and Cambodia’s See You Soon, are also participating.

What is ESL Snapdragon Pro Series Season 5 APAC Challenge Finals

The ESL Snapdragon Pro Series is a multi-genre mobile esports competition that includes Mobile Legends.

Participating teams come from Southeast Asian MPL regions. The winner of this tournament takes home the lion’s share of the US$144,500 prize pool.

ESL Snapdragon Pro Series Season 5 APAC Challenge Finals format

In the group stage, the 12 qualified teams are divided into two groups. They compete in a best-of-three, single-round robin format. The top three teams from each group advance to the playoffs.

The playoffs follow a double-elimination format. The second-seeded and third-seeded teams begin in the first round, while the first-seeded teams receive a bye to the second round.

All matches are best-of-three, except for the upper and lower bracket finals, which are best-of-five, and the grand final, which is a best-of-seven series.
