Kaja achieves Wrath Sanction every several seconds. His next basic attack will send lightning to enemies, dealing magic damage equal to a certain amount plus a percentage of target’s max HP, and paralyzing them. The lightning will jump to enemies nearby as well (up to three times).

Increases damage twice of targets’ max HP against minions and creeps.
