Malaysian Mobile Legends: Bang Bang fans have something to look forward to next year.
The M6 World Championship is set to take place in the country. The announcement was made before the M5 World Championship grand final match between ONIC Esports and AP Bren.
This marks the second time an M-Series event will be hosted in Malaysia, following the M1 World Championship where Indonesia’s EVOS Legends claimed the inaugural world championship trophy.

The M6 World Championship will be held in Malaysia
According to Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia YB Adam Adli, it is an honor for the country to host the M-series for the second time.
“This achievement is not just for a single person, but for all Malaysians,” he said.
“M6 will be a momentous occasion for our nation, and we are eager to welcome players, fans, and enthusiasts from around the globe.”
In 2019, the M1 World Championship took place at the Axiata Arena in the country’s capital, Kuala Lumpur. In the grand final, EVOS Legends pulled off a come-from-behind 4-3 victory against fellow Indonesian team RRQ Hoshi.
Last year, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022 (MSC 2022) returned to the country’s capital. In the grand final, RSG Philippines emerged victorious after sweeping RRQ Hoshi, 4-0.
The M6 World Championship will start in November.
