Throughout the MPL MY Season 15 regular season, teams accumulated Live Points based on their performance in best-of-three matches.
A clean 2-0 victory awarded three points, a 2-1 win granted two points, a close 1-2 loss earned one point, and a 0-2 defeat resulted in zero points.
To resolve ties in the Live Points standings, Aggregate Points were used, calculated by awarding one point for each game won and deducting one point for each game lost. If teams remained tied after this, their head-to-head record against each other determined the final ranking.
