The fourth season of the biggest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament in Singapore will kick off in just a few days.
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Singapore Season 4 (MPL SG Season 4) will begin on September 3, Moonton announced, with the regular season running from September 3 to September 25. After a two-week break, the playoffs will take place from October 7 to 9.
In a major development, Moonton also revealed that the season will be held offline at Zenway Studios in Paya Ubi Industrial Park with a live audience. This is the first time the league will be allowing fans to watch the games live in the regular season.
Eight of the best MLBB teams in the country will be vying for the lion’s share of the S$100,000 prize pool and a chance to represent Singapore in the upcoming M4 World Championship in January.

More details have been revealed about the upcoming MPL SG Season 4
Out of 67 teams who joined the qualifiers, Team SMG SG and Team Oldman have secured a slot in the tournament.
Both teams will be joining RSG SG, Zion Esports, Revival, Team Flash, EVIL Esports, and Slate Esports.
The tournament format for this season is similar to the previous season. All the games in the regular season will be played in a best-of-three format in a single round robin. Teams are awarded anywhere from 1 to 3 points, depending on the results of each match.
The top four teams will be placed in the upper bracket of the playoffs, and the bottom four in the lower bracket.
Last season, a live audience was only allowed during the playoffs, which were held at GR.iD near Dhoby Ghaut. RSG SG took home the crown after a dominant 4-1 performance against two-time MPL SG champions EVOS SG in the grand final.
