New details have emerged about the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022 (MSC 2022), which officialy takes place in Malaysia from June 11 to 19.
The tournament will also have a $300,000 prize pool, two times the amount at last year’s MSC.
MSC 2022 will have a similar format to last year’s MSC 2021
This year’s MSC will be held offline for the first time ever since the COVID-19 pandemic began last 2020, in an official statement from Moonton. Myanmar will also be joining the tournament again after the region was absent at MSC 2021.
Twelve of the best teams in Southeast Asia will be joining in the tournament. Here is the official list of competing countries and how many slots they’ll be filling.

So far, only Myanmar’s Falcon Esports have qualified for the tournament.

MSC 2022 group stage schedule
The group draw will be held on May 29, 2022, which will determine the official bracket of the tournament.
The group stage will then be held from June 11 to 12, while the playoffs will commence from June 14 to 19. More information will be released to the public as more regions finish their respective qualifying tournaments.
