Who’s ready to witness the best MLBB teams in action at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 (MSC 2023)?
Moonton has announced that the group draw will happen on May 26.
Unfortunately, the stream will only be available to the qualified teams and the results will be released to the public right after the group draw. The exact time of the draw was not announced.
In the draw, there will be four groups, each consisting of three teams. These teams will be selected from two pre-made pools, ensuring a balanced and fair distribution across the groups.

MSC 2023 group draw format
The 12 teams are divided into two pools.
Pool 1 consists of the MPL PH Season 11 champion ECHO, MPL ID Season 11 champion ONIC Esports, MSC Myanmar qualifier champion Fenix Esports, and MPL MY Season 11 champion TODAK. The rest of the teams are placed in Pool 2.

These teams will then be put into four groups through a draw. However, there will be four rules —
- Teams in Pool 1 cannot be drawn into the same group.
- No team from the same qualified region will be drawn into the same group.
- The four franchise league teams will not be drawn into the same group.
- The group draw order is abcd-abcd-abcd.
