There’s a reason why Nolan is one of the most popular pick-or-ban heroes in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. His low-cooldown, high-impact abilities allow him to deal devastating damage quickly, and his mobility allows him to slither in and out of the battlefield.
But like all heroes in the game, mastering advanced Nolan combos is crucial if you’re looking to take your gameplay to the next level.

The assassin’s abilities are designed to work in sync, allowing him to chain attacks together for maximum efficiency and lethality.
In this ONE Esports guide, you’ll learn not only the advanced Nolan combos but also the situations when they can be most effective.
Here’s how to execute the best Nolan combos in Mobile Legends
Three-rift Nolan combo: Basic Attack > Skill 1 > Skill 2
Nolan’s ability to deal massive damage in a very short time is one of the reasons why the hero is popular and feared in the Land of Dawn. But to reach his full potential, you need to know how to sequence his active skills to abuse the powerful effects of his Dimensional Rift passive.
The Cosmic Wayfinder’s skills will leave a Rift that lasts for a few seconds and applies slow effects to enemies. When a rift comes into contact with another rift, it will activate and pull enemies to their center and deal Physical Damage after a short delay.

The assassin also has a passive called Cosmic Leap. If he does not deal or take damage for a few seconds, he enhances his next Basic Attack to dash to the target, dealing Physical Damage and leaving a rift.
You can maximize damage output by executing the three-rift combo. Do this advanced Nolan combo by using your Enhanced Basic Attack (Cosmic Leap) on a target, then quickly follow up with your first skill, Expansion, and second skill, Gauge, respectively.
This will intersect three rifts and explode to deal damage to your target.
Burst and chase Nolan combo: Basic Attack > Skill 1 > Skill 2 >Skill 1> Ultimate
Once you learn how to execute the three-rift combo, bursting down enemies efficiently comes easy.
To do this Nolan combo, start by hitting the target with your Enhanced Basic Attack, and quickly follow it up with the first skill. The intersection of the opened rifts from Cosmic Leap and the first skill will proc the Dimensional Rift passive, applying slow effects and dealing extra damage to the enemy.
Continue inflicting damage by activating your second skill, Gauge, and another first skill activation to procure the passive once more.
By this time, your target’s HP bar will likely be low enough, a prime time for you to activate the Fracture ultimate.
Gap closer Nolan combo: Skill 2 > Basic Attack > Skill 1 > Skill 2 > Skill 1 > Ultimate
One way to abuse your early-game power spike to snowball is to help other lanes by ganking enemy heroes. Nonetheless, enemies will be aware of this tendency, so they will keep their distance and avoid overextending.
While this is the case, there is still a way you can secure kills as the Cosmic Wayfinder’s abilities allow him to close gaps easily. To execute this Nolan combo, approach the enemy using the second skill, and hit the enemy with the Cosmic Leap Enhanced Basic Attack. Quickly follow it up with the first skill.
The intersection of the opened rifts from Cosmic Leap and the first skill will proc the Dimensional Rift passive, applying slow effects and dealing extra damage to the enemy. Continue this sequence by using the second and first skills respectively to proc the passive once more.
This skill sequence will likely be enough to melt down squishy marksmen or mages, but in situations where they can reach their nearest turret, you can activate your Ultimate to burst them down from a safe distance.
Of course, mastering these Nolan combos requires awareness of his energy consumption and a lot of practice. Then again, with these Nolan combos in your arsenal, rest assured that you’ll be able to take down enemies with ease and snowball out of control.
