In this new format, teams face off against opponents with similar scores, offering each of the 16 contenders more opportunities to showcase their skills and raise the stakes in every match.

M6 World Championship group draw results
Wildcard
In the group stage of the Wildcard round, eight teams are split into two groups and play a single round-robin. All matches are best-of-threes.
The top team from each group moves on to the Decider Stage, where they face off in a best-of-five. The winner of this match advances to the Swiss Stage.

Swiss Stage
Best-of-one
In this Swiss Stage, teams with the same score face each other across five rounds. Teams advance to the playoffs by winning three matches, while those losing three matches are eliminated.
The first and second round is played in a best-of-one format, while Rounds three to five switch to a best-of-three, increasing the intensity as teams compete to survive and secure their playoff spots.

The M6 Wildcard takes place from November 21 to 24, 2024. The Swiss Stage runs from November 28 to December 5, 2024.
After a short break, the tournament picks up with the Knockout Stage from December 7 to 14, 2024. The event culminates in the grand final on December 15, 2024.
