Vexana’s skills in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Passive – Nether Touch
Vexana and the Eternal Guard inflict Nether Curse on enemies hit.
- The curse lasts for several seconds, and affected targets will deal magic damage around them once they die.
- Every basic attack and skill of Vexana inflicts a curse onto heroes, minions, and jungle monsters.
- The passive gives Vexana wave clear in the laning phase. Maximize the passive and make sure to continuously curse at least one minion in a wave so that you’ll have a higher chance of getting all the last hit gold bonuses.
- Spam Cursed Blast to force the enemy midlaner to move away from the creep wave, should they wish to avoid the explosion. The explosion deals 170 base damage at level one, and can stack upon killing multiple targets at the same time. Targets affected by the explosion also gets cursed.
Skill 1 – Deathly Grasp
Vexana unleashes a Deathly Grasp in the target direction, dealing magic damage in its path.
The Claw stops upon hitting an enemy hero, terrifying them and exposing their position.
Phantom Power will then erupt at their location, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and terrifying them.
- Deathly Grasp is a great initiation skill, but it takes getting used to with its thin hitbox and slow animation speed. Make sure to cast it where you predict the enemy will move to instead of auto casting it to avoid missing the target.
- Try to cast the skill when the enemy heroes are clumped together, as the Phantom Power will erupt at the affected target and terrify nearby enemies as well.
- The skill is also great for checking nearby brushes for enemies.
- Use Deathly Grasp to harass opponents in lane, for it passes through minions.
Skill 2 – Cursed Blast
Vexana marks the targer area with the power of the undead, slowing enemies within.
After a short delay, a blast of Nether Energy will strike at the area, dealing magic damage to enemies hit.
- This is her bread-and-butter skill, so max this first.
- Enemies inside the area of effect are slowed before it explodes, so cast Cursed Blast first followed by Deathly Grasp.
- The skill curses anyone inside the circle, making it one of the best wave clear skills at level one. Useit as much as possible during the laning phase.
Ultimate – Eternal Guard
Vexana summons an Eternal Guard at the target location, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and knocking them airborne.
The Eternal Guard will then join her in battle for some time.
- The airborne knock-up lasts for a duration.
- The Eternal Guard lasts for several seconds in the battlefield before disappearing. It also attacks enemies at random, but prioritizes enemy heroes.
- The Undead Knight will remain in the battlefield if you die and will continue chasing down enemies until the duration have passed, or if it’s killed.
- It will teleport behind you if you move away from its range, or you can manually do it once by tapping on the ultimate skill button while it is still alive.

Recommended Battle Spell
Flicker allows you to reposition quickly, either to escape dangerous situations or to chase down enemies, making it invaluable for the hero’s survivability and mobility.
On the other hand, Purify helps you remove any crowd control effects, such as stuns or slows, that can hinder your ability to cast spells and stay alive in team fights.
Both spells enhance Vexana’s ability to stay effective and safe, ensuring you can consistently contribute to the team.
Recommended emblem
Vexana boasts one of the highest magic powers in the game, making it essential to enhance this attribute further by choosing the mage emblem.
For talents, choose Agility for extra Movement Speed and Wilderness Blessing for better jungle and river mobility. These will help you reach and assist other lanes faster.
You can also opt for Rupture as your first-tier talent for more Magic Penetration.
As for the core talent, Impure Rage stands out as the most suitable choice for her. It provides extra skill damage and restores mana when you hit enemies.
Vexana best build
After Arcane Boots, prioritize getting Enchanted Talisman. This gives you essential Cooldown Reduction and Mana Regeneration, ensuring you can cast spells more frequently without running out of mana.
Next, purchase Glowing Wand to add continuous burn damage to your abilities, and reduce the shield and HP regen capabilities of enemies.
Transition to the mid to late game by getting Blood Wings and Wishing Lantern. Both items provide a significant boost in both Magic Power and her kill potential. Blood Wings adds more survivability with its shield.
If you’re ahead, buy the Holy Crystal. It maximizes the hero’s Magic Power, turning her into a formidable late-game damage dealer.
When trying to come back, build Winter Crown or Immortality for late-game insurance.
This item progression ensures Vexana remains effective throughout the game, enhancing her damage, survivability, and overall impact on the battlefield.

Tips and easy combos to learn
In the laning phase, keep your opponent’s health bar low by landing a Nether Blast and Deathly Grasp combo.
Once you reach level four, start ganking in the side lanes. You want to use Deathly Grasp first against enemies with mobility skills before casting Eternal Guard and Nether Blast.
In team fights, cast Nether Blast first, followed by Eternal Guard, then use Deathly Grasp on escaping enemy heroes.
The knock up effect of Eternal Guard is brief, and enemies still have a chance to Flicker away. Hence, it’s recommended that you rely on your roamer to initiate during team fights, such as Atlas, Franco, or Tigreal.
