Moreover, it strengthens minions in all lanes and enhances the magic damage of nearby allied heroes in its Evolved Lord form.
Teams prioritize securing the Lord buff above all else, leading to the development of the Lord dance, an advanced strategy for efficiently securing the buff and winning the team fight afterwards.
Here’s an in-depth guide to executing the Lord dance effectively in your ranked matches.
What is the Lord dance in Mobile Legends and how can your team pull it off in-game
The Lord dance is an advanced tactic that involves luring enemies to kill the Lord, while a team waits in the bushes nearby, ready to ambush.
Before doing this, make sure you are on the same page with your allies as teamwork is extremely important in this situation.
You can either use voice chat to tell them about this strategy, or simply just type it in the chat box.
Once the Lord spawns, everyone should gather in the Lord’s pit.
Everyone — except the jungler — hides in a nearby bush, waiting for the enemy team. The jungler’s job is to attack the Lord and lead it toward your hiding teammates.
When the enemy team engages, The team should unleash their skills on them. If only one or two enemies are contesting, the jungler should keep hitting the Lord to keep aggro up.
But if all five of the enemy members are trying to contest, it would be wise for the jungler to reset the Lord and help the team gain the upper hand in the team fight.
If you’re on the opposing team trying to contest or find yourselves behind, divert the Lord’s attention and force it to reset instead of starting a team fight or targeting the enemy jungler.
Stay patient to avoid being caught out of position by the enemy team.
Engage only under two circumstances: when the enemy’s gold laner or midlaner is vulnerable, or if the Lord pushes back the enemy team’s core heroes.
If these conditions aren’t met, the rest of the team should apply pressure on the enemy squad once the Lord’s HP is low to try and steal the buff.
