In NBA 2K25, crossplay is available, but it comes with specific limitations.
Crossplay is available only between PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. These current-gen consoles have been prioritized, allowing players on these systems to join games together, regardless of their console brand.
Unfortunately, crossplay is not available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

However, it allows MyTEAM cross-progression and a shared virtual currency wallet across consoles within the same family, allowing seamless transitions between PS4 and PS5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
